Sync Operations
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Familiar with Opstella Application Hierarchy
Sync Platform
Section titled “Sync Platform”This action will update all data in the DevSecOps Tools to be consistent with the Opstella.
Recommended to Sync when you notice some data in DevSecOps Tools is not synchronized with Opstella.
Prerequisites
Section titled “Prerequisites”- Logged in to Opstella Platform.
Get Your Desired Platform
Section titled “Get Your Desired Platform”-
Click “App Inventory” in the left menu.

Click the desired Platform to be Synced.

Click Options of the desired Platform and Select “Sync Platform” as shown.

Sync Service
Section titled “Sync Service”This action will update all data in the DevSecOps Tools to be consistent with the Opstella.

Get Your Desired User
Section titled “Get Your Desired User”-
Click “Users” in the left menu.

Click Options of the desired User and Select “Sync User” as shown.

“Pending” status will appear to indicate that the Sync process is in progress. Once the Sync is completed, the status will disappear.
