กรณีที่ pod อยู่ในสถานะ pending หลัง Deploy อาจเกิดจาก Mount Secret ไม่สำเร็จจะแสดง error ดังรูป
แก้โดยการสร้าง Secret ที่ตรงกับที่กำหนดภายใน Helm และใช้ namespace เดียวกันกับ pod
