Longhorn Installation

  1. Connect to Kubernetes Cluster ; i.e w/ Kubeconfig File

    export KUBECONFIG="$HOME/opstella-installation/kubeconfigs/CHANGEME_cluster.yaml"

    kubectl create namespace longhorn-system

    kubectl label namespace/longhorn-system pod-security.kubernetes.io/enforce-version=latest

    helm repo add longhorn https://charts.longhorn.io
    helm repo update

    helm install longhorn longhorn/longhorn \
      --namespace longhorn-system --version 1.10.0

Longhorn Testing

  1. Get Pods Status

    kubectl get pods -n longhorn-system

    Grafana Alloy and all of sub-components should be Running
